Red, White, and Blue Cupcakes

What SCREAMS Fourth of July more than Red, White and Blue cupcakes with Fourth of July sprinkles? 

We made these FUN cupcakes last night for our ward's Cookies on the Lawn activity. 

We made 2 dozen and they were gone in seconds. 

They are really easy to make. Just buy a WHITE cake mix and divide the cakes into thirds. Color one third blue and one third red. Then layer your colors, blue on bottom, then white, then red. Then bake as directed.  YAY! It's as simple as that. Use WHITE cupcake liners so you can see the colorful layers before eating.  Enjoy and have a FUN and SAFE holiday!
