What a FUN St. Patrick's dinner.
We had breakfast for dinner tonight and it was delicious!
Rainbow waffles topped with cool whip clouds and fresh strawberries sliced on top.
I was in heaven.
A little sugar rush though.

In a perfect world, I would have used a round waffle iron, but we didn't have one.
