St. Patty's Day

Madison had some friends over for a

St.Patrick's Day party and to make leprechaun traps. Maddie just used a shoe box. They painted them and glued on rainbows, shamrocks, and some gold pieces.

Savannah's was a cute hat.

Then we enjoyed a green snack. St.Patrick's Day morning we went to check and see if we had caught a leprechaun. Maddie slowly opened the box and was so excited to see that the leprechaun had left treasures in place of lucky charms. (We spotted green footprints leading to the door where he must have escaped.)

Maddie had fun at preschool doing green things then in the afternoon we made some green rice Krispie treats and made green pancakes for dinner.

For bath I threw in some of these tablets so the kids could enjoy a green water bath. They loved it!
